Shipping Services and Pricing
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your parcel, the shipping method and the destination it's being shipped to. To see detailed shipping prices please click the link below.
We use Royal Mail and DPD as our delivery partners, get a break down on the individual services that we use below:
Standard shipping (Royal Mail)
This is the cheapest option available. And while it is an untracked service for the most part, all of our first and second class delivery services come with a free delivery confirmation where it is available on the Royal Mail network and this will be uploaded in to the order on your Tshirtify store as the order dispatched. This enables us to know when items have been delivered, even on normal post items.
Standard Delivery (2nd Class):
To use this service, please ensure to use 'Standard Delivery' in your shipping rule name.
- UK - 2 to 3 working days
- EU* - 5 to 7 working days
- Everywhere else* - 7 to 10 working days
*Delivery confirmations are only available on UK deliveries.
UK First Class (add 50p to standard UK prices for this service):
To use this service, please ensure to use 'First Class' in your shipping rule name.
- UK - 1 to 2 working days
Courier Shipping (Next Day - Available on orders placed before 12 noon GMT):
To use this service, please ensure to use 'Priority Next Day' in your shipping rule name.
This shipping method is tracked throughout its journey, and proof of delivery is obtained when delivered. The 'next day' service refers to the UK, where all parcels are delivered the next working day.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order is a UK order and it has not been delivered within 10 working days, then the item can be classed as lost in the post by Royal Mail.
If the order had tracking, we will replace the item and make a claim with Royal Mail for the missing item.
Items without tracking cannot be claimed as lost in the post with Royal Mail and if you would like to have the item replaced then this will incur a charge for the replacement item.
If an order with DPD has gone missing, or if the order tracking does not return any results, please get in touch and we will be more than happy to assist. We will replace the item and make a claim for the missing item with DPD.
